We welcome all levels of experience from beginner to elite. One on One training will be provided to each athlete to critic, correct, and help them excel in their individual event (s). Practice will be held 3x a week. In each practice all athletes will go through intensive conditioning to get them competition ready. Our conditioning is designed to help improve  stamina and endurance. Our specialized workouts are tailored to increase your fitness and overall performance. We offer a wide variety of events for athletes to compete in. The following events will be available for athletes 6 & Under 50m and 100m. Ages 7 and Above 100m, 200m, 400m, 800, 1500m, 1500m race walk, (100m, 110m, & 400m Hurdles), Shot put, Discus, Javelin, Turbo Javelin, high jump, and Long Jump.

Athletes compete at local, state, and national level including the U.S.Junior Olympics

What age groups do you cater to?

We welcome athletes from ages 6-18 (Beginner to Elite Level). Limited spots avaible for 3-5yrs old. 

Do you offer personalized training programs?

Yes, we offer personalized training programs tailored to individual goals and skill levels.

How often do you practice?

We practice 3 days a week Tues-Thurs.

Will practices be canceled due to inclement weather?

Cancellation of practices will be determined on a day by day basis, and will only be cancelled in the likley hood of heavy rains, lightning, and excessive heat warnings. Every one will be notified by 4pm of practice cancellation via facebook and team website.

Are uniforms required?
